- Amazon Care served over 100,000 people for multiple US employers. I designed and built the clinician-facing apps for documentation and virtual consultations, launched v1, and integrated an external electronic health record system.
- Led early development of an ambient scribe that transcribes and summarises doctor–patient conversations, to help cut call documentation time by around 20%.
- Promoted to senior engineer in 2021 and moved into management in 2022 with 7 reports. Conducted 100+ interviews and mentored 20+ new hires.
Launching health.amazon.com

- Led an engineering team that launched health.amazon.com, a secure environment for health data kept separate from Amazon’s pharmacy and clinic sites, working closely with compliance and security on HIPAA.
- Delivered the One Medical Prime offer and Health Condition Programs, on systems with strict reliability and response-time targets.

- Finished an MBA at the University of Washington (3.74 GPA), then moved home to London.
- Spent a few months as technical entrepreneur in residence at Zinc, a health and climate accelerator, working on early product concepts with potential co-founders.
